Westminster runs on the faithfulness of people who show up, not for applause, but because this is their church and they love it. There's a place for your gifts here, whatever they are.

In Worship

  • Read Scripture and lead prayers during Sunday worship.

  • Welcome worshipers, distribute bulletins, and assist during the service.

  • Light and extinguish the candles in worship (you are especially welcome).

  • Prepare bread and juice for the Lord's Supper; clean up after the service.

  • Arrange or donate flowers for the sanctuary; arrangements are often given in memory or honor of a loved one.

Handbell Ensemble

Rehearsals Tuesdays at 5:30 PM.

In Formation and Care

Sunday School and Youth

Teach, assist, or chaperone for children's and youth programming. Contact Whitney at whitney@wpcnac.com. 

Nursery

Help care for our youngest members during worship. 

Fellowship Meals

Host or help with Westminster on Wednesday (WOW) suppers, potlucks, and seasonal events.

Mow, plant, clean, repair, organize.

Westminster's historic campus is maintained largely by volunteers, and there's always something that needs doing.

Behind the Scenes

Committee Service

Elders and deacons lead Westminster's committees, but many include congregational members. Areas include Mission, Evangelism, Worship, Building & Grounds and Christian Education.
