Whitney Frazier has been part of Westminster's staff since 2017, serving as Christian Educator through more transitions than most people see in a career, and she's still here, which tells you something about her.

Raised Methodist and always at home in the church, Whitney brought that steadiness to Westminster, where she has led youth ministry, coordinated Christian education programming, and worked alongside volunteers to keep things running through every season. In 2025, she transitioned to full-time work as a math teacher at Martinsville ISD, following in her mom's footsteps while continuing her role at Westminster with a focus on youth group and our younger disciples.

Whitney is a mom to three teenagers. She is kind, generous, and always up for a good conversation. She runs on Diet Coke and love for her friends and family.
